If you are unhappy with your Bungalow Flooring purchase, we want to make it right either by refund or replacement. Below are guidelines and instructions regarding our return policy to consider:


  • Returns, not including product defects, will only be accepted if the item is still in brand new condition.
  • Eligible return items must be reported within two weeks of delivery.
  • Please do not recycle your box until you are certain you are happy with your purchase. It will make the return process easier if you utilize the original packaging for return shipment.
  • Please allow for 10-15 business days for processing returned items after notification of receipt at our facility. This period does not include returned funds to the account or card used for purchase. You will receive a notification once a refund has been processed.
  • For any questions regarding credit and debit card transactions, please visit
  • To initiate a return, please be prepared to do the following:
    • Email
    • Include "Return" and your order number e.g. "Return Order #1234"
    • Please include the reason for return in the body of your email and if you wish to receive a refund or a replacement of equal value
    • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and initiate a refund for purchase
    • Replace the product in its original packaging and affix shipping label to the outside of the box

Defective Returns:

  • If you suspect you have received a defective item, we will gladly work with you to provide a new replacement product.
  • To initiate a return for a defective item, please be prepared to do the following:
    • Email
    • Include "Defective Return" and your order number e.g. "Defective Return Order #1234"
    • Please include a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing. Detailed images are appreciated and may help expedite the resolution.
    • We may also request that the item in question be returned to Bungalow Flooring so that we may conduct quality testing at our facilities
    • If the item in question was purchased within twelve months of the consumer initiating the return process, you may opt for a full refund or a product replacement
